Patience through Poetry

Slowing down is a decision,
which, if done with much precision
directly leads to clearer sight
what shortly before was not so bright.
Which means that a breath or two
immediately shows the truer you:
seemingly shy but strongly aware
of what in the NOW does really care.
And Silence is her best companion
for together they show a soft reunion
with all that before was left behind,
for overseen; mostly not such kind
behaviour to an intimate ingredient
waiting patiently, while obedient
only to the heart and to the soul,
so timeless patience is her role.
