Precision of Stillness

Slowing down is a decision,
which, if done with much precision
directly leads to clearer sight
of what, short before, was not so bright.
Which means that a breath or two
immediately shows the truer you,
seemingly shy, but strongly aware
of what in the NOW does really care.
And Silence is her best companion
for together they show a soft reunion
with all that before was left behind,
and overseen; mostly not such kind
behaviour to an intimate ingredient
waiting patiently, while obedient
only to the heart, and to the soul,
so timeless patience is her role.
